CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
Style Milk is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the total of your order, We charge a flat rate of AUD $10 for all orders made within Australia. Orders totalling over $100 AUD will be sent via Registered regular post (within Australia) so items can be tracked and covered up to $100-If customers require Express post on orders over $100 Optional Platinum EXPRESS postage is available for $15.

All FULL PRICED Womenswear will be shipped complimentary via registered post which can take 3-5 working days depending on location within the Australia Post network. Please note this offer only applies to FULL PRICED ITEMS and excludes items on sale and can not be used with any other offer or discount promotion.

If customers require Express post on orders over $100 Optional EXPRESS postage with ‘Signature on Delivery’ & ‘Extra Cover/Insurance’ is available for $15. Please select required postage at checkout.

For International shipping Please contact us.

We also ship internationally (Outside of Australia). We charged a flat rate of $25 ($20 for orders sent to New Zealand) and items will be shipped either registered or with insurance so the order can be tracked. Registered international post takes approximately 7-10 working days. However we can not guarantee exact times and it is dependent upon Customs. Please note customers are responsible for any customs or duties. (Style Milk is not in anyway responsible for any duties or taxes applicable for international orders)

If International customers require express postage please contact us for a postage quote.

Style Milk can not be held responsible for any orders lost in the post/transit.

PRIVACY POLICY

Style Milk is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that’s all.

Style Milk uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Style Milk only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. When purchasing from Style Milk your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. Exchange Policy

*Style MILK is happy to provide an exchange or credit note for Australian Orders within 7 days of the purchase date on your receipt (For International Orders within 14 Days of your purchase date). We must receive the returned items in original and unused condition with all tags attached. We will not accept any returns after 7 days from purchase date for Australian Orders (and after 14 days for International orders).

Due to Health Regulations we can not accept returns of Swimwear.

To arrange a return please first email or call us. A Return Authorisation RA number will be allocated and a Return form must be completed (we will email a form to you to be completed) and sent back with the return. No garment will be accepted back unless a return form is sent with RA number.

The customer will be responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs. If the item/s being exchange is valued under $100 please enclose a self addressed Express Postage pack with your return so that the exchange can be sent to you. For items valued at over $100 please include a self addressed Platinum Express post pack with your return. If you have any questions or queries regarding an exchange please contact us.

After the garment has been received we will then check over to ensure it is new, unworn and in perfect condition in which is sent. If the garment has been worn, is damaged (including marked/dirty), washed or altered, we have the right to send the garment back without refund/exchange.

PLEASE NOTE WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN WITHOUT AN RA NUMBER OR COMPLETED RETURNS FORM.

Refund Policy*
Please choose products with care as Style MILK does not refund products due to “change of mind” including wrong sizing- items that do not fit (we will only provide a credit note or exchange for change of mind). We always check all items before they are sent and in the rare case that items are damaged or faulty please contact us immediately within 7 days of the purchase date on the receipt to organise a refund or store credit.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS THAT ARE JUST SENT TO US WITHOUT CONTACT FIRST and a completed RETURN FORM with a Return Authorisation Number. To arrange a return please email or call us before sending garment.

SALE ITEMS:
Items marked down and on SALE ARE FINAL and are not eligible to be returned/exchanged. In the unlikely event that items are found to be faulty an exchange or refund may be provided subject to inspection/approval on return of the item.

Style Milk will not be held responsible for any items/exchanges lost in the post. It is entirely up to the customer to insure articles sent back for an exchange. Any items lost in the post can not be exchanged or refunded.
