Style Milk is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Shipping and Delivery Policy
We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the total of your order, We charge a flat rate of AUD $9 for all orders made within Australia. Orders totaling over $100 AUD will be sent complimentary via Registered regular post (within Australia) so items can be tracked and covered up to $100 If customers require Express post on orders over $100 -Optional Platinum EXPRESS postage is available for $9.
Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-5 business days via registered postage or 1-3 business days via EXPRESS postage depending on your location within Australia.
We also ship internationally. We charged a flat rate of $25 ($20 for orders sent to New Zealand) and items will be shipped either registered or with insurance so the order can be tracked.

Style Milk is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that’s all.

Exchange Policy
*Style MILK is happy to provide an exchange within 7 days of the purchase date on your receipt. We must receive the returned items in original and unused condition with all tags attached.
The customer will be responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs. If the item/s being exchange is valued under $100 please enclose a self addressed Express Postage pack with your return so that the exchange can be sent to you. For items valued at over $100 please include a self addressed Platinum Express post pack with your return. If you have any questions or queries regarding an exchange please contact us.
Refund Policy*
Please choose products with care as Style MILK does not refund products due to “change of mind”. We always check all items before they are sent and in the rare case that items are damaged or faulty please contact us immediately within 7 days of the purchase date on the receipt to organise a refund or store credit.

Items marked down and on sale are final and not eligible for a refund, We are happy to try to exchange for a different size or in the unlikely event the items is faulty provide a store credit.
