Shipping and Delivery Policy
We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the total of your order, We charge a flat rate of AUD $10 for all orders made within Australia. For orders totaling over $150 AUD shipping within Australia is complimentary.Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and due to the value of the order via express or registered post. Shipping times are estimated at between 1-3 business days depending on your location within Australia (depending on shipping address and whether it is within the Australian Express Postage Postcode network). Items sent via express post will have a unique shipping code which is trackable.
For orders over $100 and large Decor products we use registered post or Express Platinum Post. Products shipped via registered post which can take 5-7 working days. PLEASE notify us via email if you need the items sent via EXPRESS post.
Style MILK provides FREE post of orders over $150 however it is recommended that buyers pay for registered post which can be chosen at checkout. Style MILK cannot be responsible for missing packages that are sent unregistered.
We also ship internationally. we charge a flat rate of $25 and items will be shipped either registered or with insurance so the order can be tracked.
